1. Who we are

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You may not use the Service if doing so is prohibited by applicable laws or if we have previously suspended or terminated your account.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Do not share intimate images or sensitive information with strangers. Use good judgment when meeting in person.
• We may use measures like email/phone verification, automated checks, and reports/blocks to improve safety, but we cannot guarantee that every user is who they claim to be.

4. User content and conduct

You are responsible for all content you submit (including profile details, photos, messages, and other materials). You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, abuse, shame, or discriminate against others.
• Post content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, or exploitative.
• Impersonate another person or create fake accounts.
• Send spam, scams, or solicit money or financial information.
• Upload content you do not have the right to use.
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the security of the Service.

5. Matching, messaging, and outcomes

The Service provides tools to help people connect. We do not guarantee matches, responses, or relationship outcomes. Any interactions you have with other users are at your own risk.

6. Paid features

If we offer paid features or subscriptions, the applicable pricing, billing frequency, and renewal terms will be shown at checkout. Taxes may apply depending on your location.

7. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, pose a safety risk, or misuse the Service.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FindLove is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you (for example, via the Service).
