Identity verification
Members can submit government-issued ID, age proof, and address documents through our secure verification center. Our team reviews each submission, and approved members receive a verified badge on their profile. Look for the badge before you connect.
Photo & profile moderation
Uploaded photos and profile content are screened for inappropriate material. We remove content that violates our community standards and take action against repeat offenders, including permanent bans.
Reporting & blocking
If someone makes you uncomfortable, you can report them for spam or scams, harassment or hate, inappropriate content, fake profiles, or general safety concerns. You can also block a member to stop all contact immediately. Every report is reviewed by our moderation team.
Account security
We support two-factor authentication (2FA) and passkeys so only you can access your account. Passwords are hashed with Argon2, and sessions are protected against timing attacks. We'll alert you if we detect suspicious login activity.
Fraud & scam detection
Automated checks monitor for patterns associated with scams, fake accounts, and suspicious messaging. When something doesn't look right, we investigate and may suspend accounts pending review.
Data encryption
Your personal information is encrypted in transit using TLS and at rest in our databases. Sensitive documents uploaded for verification are stored securely and accessible only to authorized reviewers.
