2. Data we collect

• Account data: email address, login details, verification signals, and account settings.
• Profile data: name/nickname, age/date of birth, gender, preferences, bio, photos, location (approximate), and other details you choose to provide.
• Messages & interactions: messages you send, likes, matches, blocks, reports, and related metadata.
• Device and usage data: IP address, device identifiers, browser type, pages viewed, and cookies (see Cookie Policy).
• Support data: information you share when contacting us (e.g., for help or safety reports).

3. How we use your data

• Provide and operate the Service (create accounts, show profiles, enable matches).
• Personalize recommendations and improve matching quality.
• Enable messaging and community safety features (reporting, moderation, fraud detection).
• Measure performance, fix bugs, and improve features.
• Communicate with you about service updates, security, and support.

4. Legal bases

Depending on your location and the applicable law, we process data based on one or more of: (a) performance of a contract (providing the Service), (b) legitimate interests (safety, preventing fraud, improving the Service), (c) consent (where required), and (d) legal obligations.

FindLove is not intended for children. You must be at least 18 to use the Service.
